Can i install 2 sound cards on 1 PC?(one better quality and one normal)
Then assign some programs(itunes, realplayer) to use card A, and some programs(skype, netphone software) to use Card B? can these programs be ran together?
Is there an additional program needed?

you can install 2 sound cards or 3 but u cant use them at a time. only one at a time. you will have to set the default sound device to listen music. its not like u can use all 3 of them together. u cant use one for music, one for movie or something. only one device will be used and u will have to set it. one thing u can do is, u can connect 2 or 3 different speaker sets for each sound device.
Reply:You can, yes. Some apps can be told which card to use, and those that cant will use whichever card has been set as the default.
Reply:2 on one machine, but only one set of input/output will be active, at least Windows XP restrict to one card only; but true that XP will let you choose which card though.
