Is it possible to re-install the sound when the sound card is off in BIOS?
no you have to enable it in your bios then put it in and windows will see it and either download the drivers or will ask you to put the disk in that came with it, if you didnt get a disk with it then windows will do all the work for you.

good luck
Reply:when sound card is disabled in bios then OS can't find that device so,without finding the device it is not possible to install drivers for ur sound card
Reply:Sounds like you're on the right track. Enter your system's BIOS and re-enable the sound card. Next boot into your operating system. If you're using Windows then it will find the sound card and automatically install the drivers (the software necessary to make the hardware work). Linux and Mac should also install drivers automatically.
Reply:No, Because BIOS is what your computer is based around
